ABOUT US
The members of the Keystone Mergers & Acquisitions Council (KMAC) represent buyers and sellers of businesses ranging from $5mm to $500mm in enterprise value. KMAC brings the very best M&A professionals in Central PA together three times per year to collaborate and improve their respective practices. Our goal for our members is very simple - to meet one new person and learn one new idea at each meeting that will enhance their practice or business.

BRIAN WASSELL, CPA, CM&AA, TREASURER
As a Certified Merger & Acquisition Advisor with over 29 years of accounting and business advisory experience, Brian understands the key issues and tax strategies facing business owners and their companies. Brian assists clients with sell-side due diligence to help minimize risk and increase sell price. He also has extensive experience in transaction advisory services, mergers & acquisitions, exit & succession planning, and tax planning & preparation.
With over 30 years of experience, Todd is a senior executive with proven expertise in strategic financial management and operational proficiency. An effective leader with a strong track record of producing results, he is accomplished in broad-based financial management, mergers & acquisitions, capital structure, investments, ESOPs, banking, insurance and as a partner with other business owners.
